    The Seabiscuit

    Client-Hosted Bars

    You provide the alcohol, we provide everything else, including signature syrups, fresh fruit juices, and beautiful garnishes. Of course, we’ll help to determine how much and what kind of alcohol to get!


    Beer/Wine Only: Starts at $15/guest

    Cocktail Service: Starts at $22/guest


    Cost covers four hours of service.

    Additional hours available.

    The Secretariat

    Per-Consumption Bars

    Not sure how many people will drink? The Per-Consumption package may be ideal for you.


    Our Per-Consumption bar package tallies each drink served and you are charged after the event ends for each serving.


    Flat rate of $500 applies to book +

    Cost per servings (typically between $5-$14), depending on selections.


    Cost covers four hours of service.

    Additional hours available.

    The Man O' War

    Cash Bar

    Cash bars are ideal for events such as fundraisers, concerts, festivals, and other events, where complimentary drinks are not wanted.


    We provide everything, including beer and wine, to serve and sell individual servings of alcohol.


    Flat rate of $500 applies to book +

    Guests are charged for each serving (typically between $5-$14), depending on selections.


    Cost covers four hours of service.

    Additional hours available.

    The Seattle Slew

    Drink Tickets

    Drink ticket packages are ideal if you want a limited bar option that only provides a predetermined number of servings per person that you control. I will only exchange drinks for tickets.


    Flat rate of $500 applies to book + $8/each pre-purchased drink ticket.

    Beer and wine only. Cocktails can be considered at a higher rate per ticket.


    Cost covers four hours of service.

    The American Pharoah

    Open Bar

    With the Open Bar package, we provide everything required for an “open bar” feel at your event that is completely complimentary for your guests.


    Beer/Wine Only: Starts at $25/guest

    Cocktail Service: Starts at $35/guest


    Cost covers four hours of service.

    Additional hours available.

    ALL packages include

    • 4 hours of trailer rental
    • 4 hours of bartending service with a licensed ATC bartender
    • Customized and framed bar menu
    • Set up & clean up
    • Ice, drinkware, napkins, utensils for beverages
    • Garnishes and mixers of your choice
    • Free consultation for specialty cocktails
    • Use of wine fridge and kegerator
    • General and Liquor Liability insurance
    • Travel up to 35 miles (any additional mile is $2.00 per mile)


    I will work with you to customize a specific plan to achieve your vision.


    Additional time is $150 per hour for bartending and trailer rental.


    THERE IS A 30 GUEST MINIMUM FOR ALL PACKAGES.


    50% is required at booking. The remaining balance will be due one week before the event.
